Puppy Counselors:

All of our Puppy Counselors have a genuine love for dogs and are extensively trained on helping you find the best breed for your family. This department includes a professional mix of breeders, trainers, and even a handler who showed at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show. This group of dog enthusiasts often spends their off hours donating their time and fund raising for humane and rescue groups.

Puppy Relations:

Comprised of vet technicians, family breeders, and other industry professionals, our Customer Care/Puppy Relations Department is available to answer all your puppy related questions and support you both before and after your new addition arrives. Each person in this department is a puppy specialist, many of whom are trained by licensed veterinarians. Also highly involved in non-profit activities, this group volunteers at local rescue groups and has organized a fund-raiser walkathon for our local Humane Society.

Breeder Department:

Our Breeder Department Head is a Champion breeder of Rottweilers with numerous national awards to her credit. With her leadership this department is committed to only accepting breeders who meet our high standards and follow our stringent policies for breeding, with the health and welfare of the adult dogs and puppies being our primary objective. This passionate group is involved in various rescue groups, including founding and organizing annual fundraisers.
